They served as the general contractor on a project that repurposed a 64,000-square-foot historic factory into a modern technology campus. The project included numerous complications, including historic renovation guidelines, federal and state oversight tied to specific grant funds, environmental remediation requirements, payroll oversight, and ongoing reporting to agencies and lenders. We started the project in February 2020. Hill’s Construction helped us navigate the physical and regulatory challenges of this project, and during a pandemic, they completed the ~$5 million renovation on time and under budget.”
