To Whom It May Concern:
I write this letter on behalf of Hill's Construction, LLC. During the summer of 2005 my law partner and I began the process of constructing a new building on Office Park Drive. We decided upon a budgeted price for the project and contracted with an architect for the plans. The project was then put out for bid. As happens so many times, the bids we received were well over what we had budgeted. Of the contractors who bid on the project, Hill's Construction showed a real interest with getting the project back in line with our budget. This was accomplished through a process of value engineering.
After contracting with Steve for our project, he worked closely with my partner and I to make sure that we were fully satisfied with all aspects of the building.
We move our law practice into the new building on June 5, 2006, and are very proud of the finished project.
Steve Hill, President and Owner of Hill's Construction, is an honest and hardworking individual. I highly recommend him for any project the the Oxford Boys and Girls Club has in mind. He will be an asset to your project. Not only will he do everything possible to keep you within budget during the building phase, he will also work with you prior to the awarding of any contract to meet your projected budget.
Because Steve is a man of integrity, you can be assured that his word is his bond. Anytime one builds an expensive building having a contractor such as Steve Hill makes all the difference. At the end of the project you won't have to worry about being satisfied - Steve will make sure you are satisfied. Steve treated our project as if it was his own.
I think the Oxford Boys and Girls Club will be well served should you decide to contract with Hill's Construction as your General Contractor.
If I can answer any questions regarding my experience with Steve Hill and Hill's Construction, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
David L. Minyard
